Refund and Returns Policy

1. Returns

You can return a product under the following conditions:

  • The product must be returned within 7 days of receiving it.
  • The item must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition as you received it.
  • Certain items such as personal care products, perishable goods, or custom-made items may not be eligible for return.

Steps to Initiate a Return:

  2. Provide your order details, reason for return, and any supporting photos if the item is defective or damaged.
  3. Ship the product to the following address:
    30/1 Haji Din Mohammod Main Road, Dhaka Uddan, Mohammadpur (Nil Tara Clinic).

2. Refunds

Once we receive your returned product, we will:

  • Inspect the item and notify you of the status of your refund within 3-5 business days.
  • If approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method.

Refund Processing Time:

  • Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to process, depending on your payment provider.

3. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. For exchanges, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Sale or clearance items.
  • Gift cards.
  • Products that have been used or damaged after delivery.

5. Shipping Costs

  • For returns due to defective or incorrect items, we will cover the shipping cost.
  • For other returns, the shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
